About Meggan…
Hi! I’m Meggan, a social worker, parent of four amazing kids, and proud fur‑mama to one very spoiled pup, Freya. My life is full and a little chaotic in the best ways, shaped by those who teach me daily about patience, joy, and connection.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen baking something sweet, cooking for the people I love, or experimenting with my 3 year old sourdough starter. Creativity is a big part of who I am — I love crafting, making things with my hands (jewelry, ceramics, paper crafts), and finding small ways to bring beauty and intention into everyday life.
Being outside, though, is my reset button. Whether it’s a walk, a quiet moment in the sun, or exploring new hiking trails and kayaking locations, nature helps me slow down and breathe. It’s where I reconnect with myself so I can show up fully for others.
In my work, I bring that same grounded, relational energy. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their stories, and creating spaces that feel safe, warm, and human. My hope is always to walk alongside clients with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for their resilience.

Meggan works with people of all ages, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients who are doing their best in circumstances that often feel overwhelming or isolating. Her practice is grounded in trauma‑informed, anti‑oppressive, and culturally responsive care, honoring the truth that your struggles are not personal failures but responses to experiences, environments, and systems that have shaped your story. She brings warmth, steadiness, and deep respect to the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where you don’t have to perform, hide, or be anything other than yourself.

In her care, you will not be asked to minimize your pain or “push through” what hurts. Instead, you’ll find a space where your emotions are valid, your identity is affirmed, and your voice leads the work. Meggan supports clients in understanding what happened to them, reconnecting with their strengths, and building relationships — within families, communities, and within themselves — that feel safer and more authentic.

She walks alongside survivors healing from trauma, youth exploring identity and belonging, families seeking connection and repair, and individuals navigating recovery or systemic barriers. Meggan believes healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, but reclaiming your power, honoring your resilience, and creating a future that feels more aligned with who you are and what you deserve.
If you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone, Meggan is here to meet you exactly where you are.

“You deserve to take up space exactly as you are.” — Alex Elle
