I love to travel and discover the world around me. I enjoy reading, chilling, playing on my Switch, working out on my VR headset, swimming, playing NYT Games, bird watching, and generally working to enjoy life. Of course I have times when I'm down and times that things are not all sunshine and unicorns. I have had trauma in my life and have learned, sometimes the hard way, that you have to dig deep to find the other side. The quote below, from Dr Seuss, speaks to me and the concept of not judging myself by people that just don't matter. So I decided to use the concept for my practice. I truly believe you have to find a way to matter to yourself and know that there are people who will make you feel like you don't matter, but the reality is, they don't.
